Global Alliance for Innovation & Leadership (GAIL) is an organization established to connect students and professionals from different walks of life around the world for their professional development with innovation.
Membership-based networking opportunities will provide the members with a wide range of online courses, workshops, seminars, and other events for their professional development and capacity building in business administration, computing and IT, healthcare, community development, and other fields.
GAIL is a registered organization in the State of California, USA.

Membership
We welcome members around the globe as a learner to lead with GAIL-sponsored programs. There is no specific requirement of level or grades of achievement with your past career or qualifications to become of GAIL member. GAIL offers three levels of membership to you depending on your qualifications as outlined below.
Affiliate Member
- There is No Membership or Annual Fee
- Minimum high school graduate or equivalent
- A personal statement of at-least 500 words conferring why you wish to become a member of GAIL and what professional benefits you think you will achieve as a member.
Associate Member
- There is No Membership or Annual Fee
- Minimum Associate Degree or equivalent
- A personal statement of at-least 500 words conferring why you wish to become a member of GAIL and what professional benefits you think you will achieve as a member.
Professional Member
- There is No Membership or Annual Fee
- Minimum bachelor’s degree from Alison Pacific University
- A personal statement of at-least 500 words conferring why you wish to become a member of GAIL and what professional benefits you think you will achieve as a member.
